I bought two of these. One of them has a missing spring in the battery holder. I was able to twist out one connector so the batteries make contact. Customer service reached out and provided ac remedy. They look sturdy and better built than other brands.
I tried to tie the system in to a Hunter 20 zone system. It was not strong enough to override the 12” risers and had to be returned. The seller was kind enough to refund my purchases only after a number of email exchanges and my having to pay to return the two (2-valve and 4-valve) items
