LED bulbs use much less power than incandescent bulbs, so a dimmer rated for 600W incandescent cannot handle 600W of LEDs.
For example, a 600W incandescent dimmer typically supports up to 150W of dimmable LED bulbs. Exceeding the recommended LED load can cause flickering, reduced performance, or damage to the dimmer. Always check the maximum LED wattage when selecting a dimmer switch.
