ORDER CANCELLATION

No fees for order cancellations.


Before we ship:

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us at help@dewenwils.com to cancel the order. If your order has not been shipped yet when we process your email, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. You will receive the refund within 1-4 days after cancellation, and you won't incur any fees.

After we ship:

If the package has already been shipped but you still wish to cancel the order, we will make every effort to contact the local shipping company to intercept the package.

1) If the package cannot be intercepted, please refuse the delivery of the package (or use the return label we provide). You won't need to pay any return fees. Once we receive the tracking information for the return, we will issue a full refund.
2) If the package interception is successful, we will notify you and proceed with canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

If you simply don't like the received items, ordered the wrong items, or wish to exchange them, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return the package intact and provide us with your return tracking number via email. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will refund your money.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at help@dewenwils.com with your order number first. After receiving our confirmation email with the return address. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the return addresses we provided in email.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Wrong items or your subjective problems:
If you ordered a wrong item or just don't like the item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please return the package within 30 days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will refund your original order amount in 7 business days after we receive your returned package.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will pay all return shipping charges. Please return the package within 30 days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number and billing receipt for the refund of return shipping cost. We will refund your original order amount and return shipping cost in 7 business days after we receive your return package. The return shipping cost will be refunded through the same payment method of your order.

We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to return your orders.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your billing account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
