The photocell sensor in the Dusk to Dawn mode turns the light on at night and off during the day (10-20 Lux: ON; 30-60 Lux: OFF). In the Switch-Controlled mode, you can cover the photocell sensor with a silicone cap (included in the package) to switch it to a normal wall switch-controlled light.
