After I unpacked it set it up on my work bench I carefully read the manual that came with it. After familiarizing myself with all the buttons and other stuff to know I downloaded the app into my android phone. When I am straightening the antenna, the antenna popped out. Trying to screw back to the connector did not work the black cover that covers the antenna terminal kept on rotating. Then I made sure the antenna is properly making amating with the input terminal, I plugged the power to 120 VAC. I followed the instruction and pressed Zone 1 button for 5 seconds when I released it the button turned red. The green WIFY failed to turn on. I repeated the process several times to no avail. I then turned the power off and unplugged the transformer and start searching YouTube for information on how to setup this transformer. I was unable to find any good information on this particular transformer. After about 10 or 15 minutes I plugged the transformer and pressed Zone 1 the green light begun to blink I then turned on zone 2 and 3. I went to the app and pressed add device. It automatically selected 2.4 GHZ setting. I pressed continue. It took sometimes and came up with a message it did not discover the WIFI. The transformer is only about 2 ft away from the router. The password is correct. I clicked on retry nothing worked. During this process the green light turned off. Trying to get it on again was a painful endeavor. Once I got blinking I selected manual setting. That did not work either. I turned off the three zones I unplugged the antenna and carefully plugged. I restart the process again I could not get the green light to come on at all. I have a very good experience and knowledge of setting up WIFI control devices the latest was a yard sprinkler controller. One thing on my sprinkler controller when WIFI is down I can control it manually. This transformer does not have that option which is desirable. If there is a transformer that has WIFI and no WIFI control option that is what I like to have.
Now what kind of support can you provide me? My yard is already wired up and operational with a 45 watt transformer that failed to support more than quantity 6 led lamp rated at 6 watt each. I hope to hear from you soon.
